d) error – punishing / correction – punishable (Punishing is an ing form. We need an adjective to modify the noun offence. While ing forms can also be used as adjectives, here the correct adjective form is punishable.)

e) error – displaying / correction – displayed (Use the past participle after would be / should be / could be etc.)
