Though and although are subordinating conjunctions with the same meaning. They are used to connect two contrasting ideas.

But is a coordinating conjunction used to connect two contrasting ideas.

However is not a conjunction. It expresses more or less the same idea as though or but. Put a full stop or a semicolon before however.
