Last month I bought a colour television of the Panasonic brand from your store in Laxmi Nagar. However, it has stopped working properly. It was working perfectly until a week ago, but now the screen goes blank every now and then. Turning off the television and then turning it on again does work; however, this has started bothering us especially since this is a new TV. The product has a one year replacement guarantee and hence I would like to get it replaced at the earliest.

It would be great if you could send someone to pick up the television from my home. If that is not possible, I will bring it myself. I have enclosed the purchase receipt with this letter.
