Internet provides every bit of information one seeks at the click of a button. As a result children today are living in a comfort zone. According to research, this will result in long term consequences which will affect their brain. Based on the following chart, write an analytical paragraph in not more than 120 words on activities to improve brain power.

In this age of digital revolution, children have access to every bit of information they need on the internet. While this has made researching easier by making information readily available, it has also affected the brain capacity of young people. Children these days do not have to memorize anything. Unfortunately, it affects their brain’s ability to process and retain information. There are, nonetheless, several activities that boost brain power. Writing, playing jigsaw puzzles, solving crosswords or sudoku are the most effective of these methods. Unlike typing, writing involves a lot of brain activity and hence children are encouraged to spend 20% of their free time on this activity. Reading the newspaper and discussing current affairs with friends or family are nearly as effective as social interactions and play a crucial role in stimulating brain power. Regular exercise also helps because it increases the blood flow and thus energizes the brain. Though not as effective as other methods, listening to music may also boost brain power.
