In, on, at (position)
The prepositions in, on and at show position. In shows position inside something. On shows position ona surface. At shows position at a point.

By and with
Use by to talk about the agent – the person or thing that performs the action. Use with to talk about the tool with which the action is performed.

Between and among
Use between to speak of two people or things. Use among to speak of more than two people or things.
- The girl sat between her dad and mom.
