Combine Using As If And As Though | Class 10 Grammar Worksheet

When the comparison is unreal, we use a past tense after as if and as though.

  • He behaves as if he is drunk. (Perhaps he is drunk.)
  • He behaves as if he was drunk. (He was not drunk; yet, he behaved like one.)

Combine the following sentences using as if or as though.
